Payment & billing

All fees are non-refundable once set-up has been completed. The subscriber is responsible for providing up-to-date payment information. Rave About It Pty Ltd will not be held responsible should the subscriber's payment information become out-of-date and Rave About It Pty Ltd terminate the service for non-payment.

Outstanding Balances

Rave About It Pty Ltd reserves the right to hold customers liable for all outstanding balances owed to us. Action will be taken to recover the monies owed to us if payment is not made within the stated amount of time.

Electronic or online invoices will be deemed to have been delivered on the day of sending. It is the clients responsibility to keep their contact details and email addresses up-to-date with Rave About It Pty Ltd. Invoices that are raised manually, and posted, are deemed to have arrived on the second day after posting.

Credit Card & Authorization

If payment is by credit card, the subscriber authorizes Rave About It Pty Ltd to charge the credit card for the subscribed Rave About It Pty Ltd services that may accrue from month to month, or for any past-due balances, in order to bring the account to current status. Credit card payments will be billed and charged automatically, and Rave About It Pty Ltd may charge the amount due to the provided card at any time.

Limitation & liability

Under no circumstances, including without limitation negligence, Rave About It Pty Ltd or its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers or any other party involved in creating, producing, transmitting, or distributing drivingschoolssydney.com.au or related services be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use or inability to use the services of Rave About It Pty Ltd, or resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, or other information that is sent or received, including but not limited to damages for lost profits, use, data or other intangibles, even if Rave About It Pty Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
